At Let’s Inn Hotels & Villas, we value our guests and aim to provide transparent and fair booking terms.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

• 72 hours or more before check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.

• 48 to 72 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.

• Less than 48 hours before check-in / No-show: No refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

• All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.

• Timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
