At Let’s Inn Hotels & Villas, we do not ship any physical products. Instead, our services are delivered in the form of confirmed room bookings and hospitality services.

  • Booking Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed electronically through our website letsinn.com. Guests receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp/SMS upon successful payment.

  • Service Fulfillment: The booked services (stay, meals, and amenities) are provided at the property on the confirmed check-in date.

  • Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that the booked accommodation is unavailable, guests will be offered an alternate arrangement of equal or higher value or a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
