1. Pricing

• Room rates are dynamic and may vary depending on the season, location, demand, promotions, and special events.

• Prices shown at the time of booking are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services such as meals, extra beds, early check-in, late check-out, or special requests.

2. Payment

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be settled at check-in, unless otherwise communicated.

3. Payment Security

• All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways compliant with industry security standards.

• We do not store your payment card details beyond the transaction period, in line with applicable data protection laws.
