These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Let’s Inn Hotels & Villas (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website letsinn.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, making a reservation, or availing of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the minimum advance payment as specified in our Pricing & Payment Policies.
Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: As specified during the booking process.
Check-out time: As specified during the booking process.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and not cause any nuisance, damage, or disturbance within the property.
Any damage to property, fixtures, or amenities caused by the guest will be chargeable.
Illegal or unlawful activities on the premises are strictly prohibited.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are dynamic and may vary depending on season, promotions, or special events.
All payments must be made in accordance with our Pricing & Payment Policies.
We accept multiple payment modes, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and cash for on-site payments.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in line with our Refund Policy.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made outside the stipulated refund timelines.
6. Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable stay, we are not liable for:
Loss of valuables not deposited in designated safekeeping facilities.
Injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur due to guest negligence or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the booking amount paid by the guest.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Guests are advised to review the Terms periodically for updates.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
